This policy explains what information Mega Kitchen & Bath collects through this website, micro.megakitchenandbath.com, how we use it and the choices you have. Mega Kitchen & Bath is located at 9329 Georgia Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20910.
Information you give us
When you request a design consultation or estimate, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, phone number and email address, any note you add, the kind of project you are planning, and the package you chose, if any.
Information collected automatically
With each request we also record:
- the page you sent the request from;
- advertising and campaign details carried in the link you used to reach us, such as a Google, Microsoft or Meta ad click identifier and UTM campaign tags, which tell us which ad or campaign brought you here;
- the date and time of the request and your browser type.
Your browser keeps those campaign details in its session storage while the tab is open, so they stay with your request if you move around the page. This site does not set its own cookies and does not run analytics or advertising tracking tags.
Like any website, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
Content from other companies
Some parts of this page are provided by other companies, which may collect information under their own privacy policies when they load:
- the map of our showroom is provided by Google Maps;
- the customer reviews are displayed by Trustindex from our Google Business Profile;
- our videos are hosted on YouTube and load from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain only when you press play.
How we use your information
- to respond to your request and contact you by phone, text message or email about your project;
- to schedule consultations, showroom visits and estimates;
- to understand which of our advertising brings in requests, so we can spend it better;
- to keep records of our work with you and meet our legal obligations.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as the customer relationship management platform (GoHighLevel) that stores requests and sends our messages, and our website host. They may use it only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
We do not share your mobile phone number or your consent to receive text messages with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted, we may send text messages about your request and project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. You can also call us at (301) 933-5070.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you, carry out any project we do together and meet our legal and accounting obligations, and then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email info@megakitchenandbath.com or call (301) 933-5070. To stop text messages, reply STOP.
Children
This website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
